What we do:

Provide phone support for agriculture parts inquiries from our customer

Communicate directly with internal departments and clients to resolve issues related to orders, accounts and returns

Nice to have:

Prior experience using Zendesk, SAP Systems, or another service desk tool.

Experience using Excel and Google tools

Have some technical understanding of Agriculture parts
