Free Shipping

Free Shipping offers are limited to standard ground shipping and do not include oversized or LTL shipments unless otherwise noted.

 

Freight Policy

Fawcett Tractor Supply and Combine World will prepay freight on all shipments. Freight charges will be added to the customer invoice. We pass along savings on freight by utilizing the carriers that we have negotiated volume discounts.

 

Damaged Shipments & Shortages

The customer is responsible for carefully examining all shipments before signing a bill of lading or delivery sheet. The customer must note all damages and shortages when signing. If the customer detects any damage or shortage in the shipment, this damage or shortage must be recorded on the bill of lading or the delivery sheet and the carrier’s driver must sign and acknowledge this record. The customer must retain a copy of the signed bill of lading or delivery sheet and initiate a claim with the carrier.

 

Any damages or shortages of goods delivered after the bill of lading or deliver sheet has been signed (acknowledging to the transportation company that the goods were delivered in good condition) cannot be accepted for a claim at a later date.

 

The customer must retain any cartons, packages, or related data until the carrier has inspected. Any claims involving concealed damage or shortage or a wrong part received that are not reported within 30 days of the invoice will not be honored by Fawcett Tractor Supply and Combine World.

 

Force Majeure

Fawcett Tractor Supply and Combine World shall use its best efforts to ship products according to the delivery schedule specified in the order; provided, however, Fawcett Tractor Supply and Combine World shall not be responsible for loss, delay or damage occasioned, caused or contributed to by Fawcett Tractor Supply and Combine Worlds’ suppliers, transportation, strikes, lockouts, fires, insurrection, acts of God, civil commotion or riots, governmental action or requirement, changes in or additions to the specifications for the Products, or any other circumstance beyond Fawcett Tractor Supply and Combine Worlds’ reasonable control. If any delay so occasioned, Fawcett Tractor Supply and Combine World shall be granted an extension of time sufficient to permit it reasonably to meet its obligations hereunder.

 

Return Policy

Fawcett Tractor Supply and Combine World will replace any defective part for 1-year. Please see our complete warranty policy here.

 

Without proper authorization, parts returned to Fawcett Tractor Supply and Combine World may be returned to the customer, freight collected. Prior approval is required for all returns. After 30 days, non-warranty returns are subject to a restocking fee—no returns after 12 months.

 

A core charge will be assessed when the exchange unit is purchased. When your broken unit/core is returned, a credit will be issued for the core when your broken unit/core is returned. All cores need to be returned within 90 days from the invoice date for full credit. After 90 days, the core will be eligible for half of the core value indicated on the invoice. Fawcett Tractor Supply and Combine World reserves the right to limit core credits to the number of matching exchange units purchased from Fawcett Tractor Supply and Combine World. All units must be assembled and in normal condition to receive full core credit.

  • Select “My Orders” on the left side of the screen.
  • Select “View Order” on the order that has the item you wish to return.
  • Select “Return” in the upper left of the screen
  • Follow the instructions on the screen.
