Accounts Receivable Specialist       

All States Ag Parts is growing and is looking to add an entry level accounts receivable specialist to our existing accounts receivable team in Hudson, WI.   

What will I do?

·        Set up new customers in ERP system

·        Handle incoming calls from customers regarding payments, copies of invoices/credit memos

·        Process customer credit application

·        Review requests for customer refunds and process outgoing payments

·        Send monthly customer statements

·        Update customer accounts for tax exemption

·        Scan paper invoices to electronic file storage

·        Post incoming checks from multiple stores

·        Reconcile ecommerce/credit card accounts in a high volume environment

·        Other tasks as assigned

What’s required from me?

·        Strong attention to detail and Excel skills

·        Ability to maintain and update confidential records

·        Ability to use tact and good judgment in dealing with employees, vendors, and customers

·        Team player and flexible

·        Ability to multi task and work in a high volume setting independently

·        Associates degree or equivalent experience in Accounting
